Digital Connections DBA Prodigi (collectively referred to as “Prodigi”) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you a safe on-line experience. Collection of Personal Information

Prodigi keeps track of websites and pages our customers visit within Prodigi, in order to determine what Prodigi services are most popular. This date is used to deliver customized content and advertising withing Prodigi to customers whose behavior indicates they are interested in a particular subject area. Network Management Practices
Prodigi currently has no congestion management. The bandwidth available to these services does not require it.

Prodigi does not block or otherwise prevent end user access to lawful content, applications or services.
Application-Specific Behavior.
Prodigi places no port restrictions or rate controls to block or hinder any specific service.
Device Attachment
Prodigi places no explicit restrictions or regulations on what Internet connected devices you choose run. We do however reserve the right to ban or refuse to allow the connection of devices that
we determine may cause performance issues on our network or that may degrade the quality of service to customers.
Security
Prodigi offers no inherit security to your overall Internet connection. It is recommended that customer run their own security software on their devices for the highest level of possible protection.
Performance Characteristics
Service Description
For anyone wising to test their own internet speeds, we recommend starting at https://speedtest.net. This will show you real network speeds when connected back to Prodigi. It is impossible for us to control the speeds
that are achieved outside of our network, but we do offer enough bandwidth to supply all of our customers. If you feel you are not getting your advertised speed, please contact Prodigi with your concerns.
Impact of Specialized Services
Prodigi does not currently, and has no plans to offer any additional or specialized services that would affect overall network performance.

Title I Telecommunications Access and Title II Video Programming Access
On October 8, 2010, President Obama signed the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA) into law. The CVAA updates federal communications law to increase the access of persons with disabilities to modern communications. The CVAA makes sure that accessibility laws enacted in the 1980s and 1990s are brought up to date with 21st century technologies, including new digital, broadband, and mobile innovations. The following are highlights of the law.
CVAA Compliance Statement
This section describes the compliance of Prodigi’s service to the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 (CVAA). Requires video programming equipment to be capable of displaying closed captions, to devices with screens smaller than 13 inches, and requires these devices to be able to pass through video descriptions and emergency information that is accessible to people who are blind or visually impaired, if technically feasible and achievable.
o Our middleware provides a system overlay that removes TV size requirements
· Requires devices designed to record TV programs to pass through closed captions, video descriptions, and emergency information so viewers are able to turn on/off the closed captions and make video descriptions and emergency information audible.
o Closed caption information is saved with all recordings.
· Requires interconnection mechanisms to carry the information necessary to permit the display of closed captions and make video description and emergency information audible.
o Closed caption and emergency information is maintained through all of our equipment.
· Requires user controls for TVs and other video programming devices to be accessible to people who are blind or visually impaired, and requires TVs and other video programming devices to have a button, key, icon, or comparable mechanism designated for activating closed captioning.
o The Set-Top remote has a Closed Caption button that allows users to toggle CC on/off both live and recorded programs.
· Accessibility requirements fir televisions, set-top boxes, and similar devices that receive or play back video programming and are manufactured, leased, or requested after December 20, 2016.
o The ProdigiTV application with Android, Google, and iOS device provides Audible Accessibility reading.
· Requires covered devices to enable consumers to adjust closed captions in a variety of ways, including their color (both text and background color), size, fonts, opacity, edge attributes and language selection. This applies to equipment manufactured on or after January 1, 2014.
o The current Set-top box allow customers to change the Closed Captioning by pressing the CC button to Toggle through the advance Closed Captioning options.
